Sones and Associates. Established in 1985, the practice is nationally recognized for its safe medication strategies, quality measurement and improvement strategies, and educational programs for medical staff.

Shannan Young, PharmD, JD, MBA, owner and founder of Varxiant Consulting, is a licensed pharmacist with more than 14 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She is also a lawyer and a registered neutral in the State of Georgia (trained in the resolution of civil disputes). Shannan discovered her passion for proactive management and regulatory compliance while serving in the U.S. Army.
